All items are then inspected again before being sent for any damage and Carefully and securely packed. If you are concerned about an item please feel free to email and ask any and all questions BEFORE buying. We will be glad to answer any and all questions and send more pictures and descriptions if needed If in the unusual event that an item is not as described, under certain circumstances if we find that it is our fault Then refunds under the following conditions are possible. Refunds are only accepted within 72 hours after receiving your item(s). All of Our Items are sent with delivery confirmation and tracking,this way there is an Official United States postal service Record Of when the item was sent and received. No items are returnable unless they were damaged in shipping or grossly misrepresented. Items are only returnable for cash if they were sent insured shipping and then the United states postal service will refund you,once you file a damage report with them.
