One Piece dress with Detachable collar andd cuffs. Dress features a gathered skirt cut in three horizontal sections View 1 sleeves are short. Detachable collar and cuffs are contrasting. Bands detail skirt and center front of bodice. Cap sleeved version, view 2, is accented with rick rack. Wide rounded neckline, view 3, is outlined with a collar. Tie ends fasten in back.
